The LTM603 (6x WiFi) contains a WiFi 6x MIMO Mobile Antenna designed for 802.11ac networks. The new antenna features six separate connection ports to provide optimum MIMO (multiple-input-multiple-output) performance for the new WiFi 802.11ac modems.
The antenna provides coverage for 2.4-2.5 & 4.9-6.0 GHz. This allows the antenna to operate on the 5 GHz band for 802.11ac, but also be backwards compatible for 802.11n and 802.11b/g modems. This antenna is ideally suited for 6x MIMO and also for dual 3x MIMO.
The LTM603 (6x WiFi) antenna measures only 5.5” (14 cm) in diameter and 2.4” (6 cm) high. It offers 4 dBi gain on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band. These gain levels provide an effective level of wireless coverage for a mobile hotspot.
The antenna gets high marks for its electrical efficiency and for an antenna isolation figure greater than 20 dB and can handle up to 20 watts of power.
