The Pepwave MAX Transit Router features simultaneous dual-band 11ac Wi-Fi and a single embedded Firstnet-ready Cat 18 LTE Advanced Pro modem for fast, reliable service. It connects passengers in a bus, train and other vehicles to Wi-Fi hot spots, and is ideal for organizations that need an extremely rugged, reliable internet solution. This LTE router also has a compact design for a more discreet, simpler installation. The Pepwave MAX Transit Router can be installed anywhere and provides certified toughness and maximum reliability.

*Compatibility with all WiFi networks cannot be guaranteed. Networks requiring authentication on a "splash page" (e.g. Starbucks WiFi) in particular can be hit or miss. Also note that certain features available for other WAN connections may not be available via WAW, such as MAC Address Clone or IP Passthrough - refer to the full product manual if you plan to use WAW for more advanced routing.

Integrated Captive Portal with Social Wi-Fi
The MAX Transit comes with a customizable captive portal what allows passengers to login with Facebook. As they login, you can use InControl 2 to see insightful reports on user demographics.

External Captive Portal for Advertising Servers
The MAX Transit also supports external captive portals, enabling you to connect to an advertising server. That way, your Wi-Fi hotspots can become a source of revenue.

With DIN rail mounts and mounting ears that can be installed from many angles, the MAX Transit is ready to fit into just about any space you have available.
