I have purchased two of these, one worked for about a year and the PoE went out, was told they don't sell this part so had to research myself to find replacement. The unit will not work if you don't have the correct PoE, therefore the $500 unit is not any good without this $15 part. The other unit still does not work from 800 feet, they are now telling me it may because of it being on a metal building. Instructions are worthless, you have to make sure you change the second router settings before you hook the B side up. There is nothing any the instructions that tell you that. Still can't get the second unity to work after climbing on the roof about 10 times and resetting. It only works when it is inside the first building.
