Easily access, organize, and monitor device metrics through Digi's comprehensive platform. Utilize key information such as serial number, hardware type, ICCID, group membership, and more to search for devices and organize them into groups. Connect to devices directly over a private network via command line or web UI, and gain insights into current and historical configurations.
Streamline firmware and configuration updates effortlessly. Upload firmware to the archive, perform updates for one or multiple devices in a single task, and define firmware versions based on device type and group membership. Update device configurations and apply configuration changes, including site-specific settings. Validate running configurations with templates and execute corrective tasks as needed. Conduct audits based on user or device, review security logs, and authorize devices to connect with the router inbox.
Stay informed about device performance with access to metrics such as uptime, temperature, firmware versions, modem model, data usage, cellular signal strength and quality, location, IP address, and history. Application security features include the absence of default credentials, mandatory 2FA for privileged users, group and role-based access control, logging of security and change events with syslog support, IP ACL lists, blocking/throttling of failed authentication requests, and mTLS support for secure device-to-server connections. The platform security incorporates App Armour and systemd sandboxing, leveraging security updates from Ubuntu LTS distribution. The service does not establish outbound network connections. Supply chain security measures include signed releases and version control system (VCS) commits, an ephemeral and automated build environment, and distribution of signed application updates through a private APT repository.
