Care Plans, Licenses & Upgrades for Peplink Equipment

If you purchase Peplink or Pepwave equipment from 5Gstore, you can take advantage of a number of optional upgrades and add-ons. In addition to the standard one-year warranty or PrimeCare subscription included with Peplink/Pepwave equipment, you can also purchase additional extended warranties (aka EssentialCare) or PrimeCare coverage. 

NOTE: If your PrimeCare subscription expires, you lose access to many benefits, including:

    • Hardware warranty coverage
    • InControl 2 cloud management
    • Technical support services
    • SpeedFusion features
    • Unlimited FusionHub peers

Fortunately, even if your subscription has expired, Peplink allows you to renew PrimeCare, even if the warranty has lapsed by more than 30 days. However, in such cases, you will need to provide a Diagnostic Report to confirm that your device is functioning properly.

Some devices offer additional features that do not come standard but can be unlocked via a license key (additional WAN ports, SpeedFusion functionality, etc). Those licenses can also be purchased here to upgrade your router.

How to Find Compatible Warranties & Licenses for Your Peplink/Pepwave Devices by Serial Number

Step 2: Enter Your Serial Number at Checkout

Step 3: Submit a Diagnostic Report (If Required)

If your device’s warranty has expired, our system will prompt you to upload a Diagnostic Report during checkout. This report verifies that your device is still in good working condition before Peplink processes the renewal.

How to Obtain a Diagnostic Report

Via Web Admin

    1. Log into your device’s web admin page.
      • Balance routers: 192.168.1.1
      • MAX/SOHO routers: 192.168.50.1
    1. Navigate to the Status tab.
    2. Scroll down to Diagnostic Report and click Download.
    3. Save the file (you will not be able to open it).

Via InControl 2

    1. Log into InControl 2.
    2. Select the Organization and Group where your device is registered.
    3. Click on your device under Device List.
    4. Under Information, click Show All.
    5. Scroll to Diagnostic Report and click Request for a report.
    6. Once processed, click Download and save the file.
