NetCloud and Other Licensing Add-ons for Cradlepoint Routers

All new Cradlepoint routers include NetCloud, router support, a limited warranty for one, three or five years. Devices will come with an Essentials package, with an optional upgrades to an "advanced" package. You may alternatively purchase the device with an Essentials + Advanced package. Advanced packages include added features within routing, VPN and security applications.

Consider Your Router Model for Purchasing

There are several different NetCloud categories that each router falls into. This includes ones such as IoT, Mobile, and Branch. When ordering an advanced NetCloud upgrade package, match your router's NetCloud category. For example, if your router is an MA1-0900120B-NNA, this uses the Mobile NetCloud packages. Or, if your router is BF01-03005GB-GN, this uses the Branch packages. We have listed out compatible models with the licenses listed below. If you do not see your device, or you're not sure which license to purchase, please contact us.

IoT Connectivity Packages include access to the technical documentation portal, on-demand Cradlepoint University training, and a one-year warranty. This can be applied at any time.
