As of 6/1/2018, Cradlepoint's standalone licenses for NetCloud, CradleCare, Warranty, and Perimeter Gateway are no longer available.
All new Solutions routers (models starting with TA, MA, BA, BB, BC, or BD) include all of those services for 1, 3, or 5 years. Upgrades to the "advanced" package are available to upgrade from Netcloud Manager Standard to Prime or Prime to Enterprise.
Users of NON-SOLUTIONS routers (e.g. IBR600/B/C, AER1600, AER2100, IBR1100, IBR900, AER3100, MBR1200B) can still subscribe to those services, but the services are now bundled together as one package - for one price, users of these routers will gain access to all of the services included with the new Solutions routers.
NetCloud, Support & Warranty for Non-Solutions Routers: These packages include NetCloud (Standard, Prime, or Enterprise), Perimeter, Support, and warranty for non-Solutions routers. *Warranty only applies if the license is purchased while the device is currently under warranty. If your warranty has expired, this license will provide the Netcloud and support services only.
Advanced Upgrades for Solutions Routers: Solutions routers include either NetCloud Manager Standard or Prime, which can be upgraded to the next Netcloud tier with the Advanced upgrade option.
NetCloud Perimeter Client: The NetCloud packages include Perimeter for the router itself. Licenses for additional clients can be added separately.
Zscaler License: Zscaler Internet Security is a cloud-based solution configured in minutes providing protection against dynamic Internet threats through content filtering, corporate browsing policy enforcement, and intelligent routing with DNS.
