If you are new to AirLink Management Services (ALMS), the first thing you will need to do is create an account to register your devices. Visit the ALMS setup page to get started. When the account is created there are a few options that need to be selected. The region where the device will be located is important. At the present time there are regional servers located in the United States, Europe and Canada with more coming in the future. There is an option to add billing or credit card information. This option is only used when Sierra is the connectivity provider, for all others this option is not used and should be bypassed.
