***5Gstore Data Plans Require a Credit Card Payment Method To Be Used For Billing Purposes***

First select the Carrier that you want to use. Options are:

  • Verizon
  • AT&T

Data plans currently available are:

  • $10/mo (includes 1GB), + $10GB Per Additional GB
  • $12/mo (includes 1GB, STATIC IP) + $10GB Per Additional GB (VZ Only)
  • $84.99/mo (unlimited 5G data + Static IP), Requires Confirmation of Address Before Ordering
  • $84.99/mo (300GB 4G LTE data + Static IP) + $10 Per Additional 5GB overage cost

Next select the data plan that you would like to use.  Only compatible data plans will be displayed based on the Carrier selected.  For example, if the plan you are selecting is VZ 1GB: $10/month + $10GB, that would indicate the monthly fee is $10 for the first 1GB and then $10 for every additional 1GB.  Please note there is a one time SIM charge that includes the SIM ($6), plus activating the SIM, inserting the SIM into a router and testing the SIM/Router before shipping.

If you are ordering a 5G Unlimited plan, you will be asked to supply your address, so that we can confirm your address has 5G Unimited coverage.  We can only check coverage during business hours (we are pretty fast).  Feel free to fill out the 5G Unlimited address checker before starting the order process (if you are not in a coverage area, we will notify you when you are).

What kind of bandwidth speeds can I expect from the 5G data plan?

Download speeds are generally going to max out at 100 Mbps (though you may see higher than this at times) and upload speeds will max out around 10-15 Mbps.

What is the process for troubleshooting or resolving issues with my data plan or network connection?

Can I cancel my data plan? Is there a fee involved?

No fees, you may cancel anytime (contact data@5gstore.com to request cancellation).

Can I change my data plan later if my needs change?

We cannot upgrade or downgrade a data plan. Instead, you will need to cancel your current plan and purchase the new plan you require, which will include a new SIM card as well.

Is there a contract, or is it a month-to-month plan?

No contract required, these are all month to month plans.

Does the plan include international data roaming?

No, these data plans are for U.S. use only.

Can I share my data plan with other devices or family members?

Sharing your data is done by connecting the SIM card to a router that provides Ethernet and WiFi LAN connections.

What happens if I exceed my data limit?

For the 1GB and 300GB plans, you will be charged for every 1GB you go over your limit.

What is the difference between 4G and 5G networks, and how does it affect my data plan?

Bandwidth speeds may be higher on 5G networks, but unless you have access to C-Band or mmWave frequencies with a compatible modem, speeds can be more similar to 4G.

Are these data plans for mobile use or fixed locations only?

1 GB and 300 GB plans can be used fixed or mobile. The 5G unlimited plan is for verified fixed locations only.

For the dual SIM plan (AT&T and Verizon), is the data limit 1 GB pooled, or 1 GB per SIM?

The data limit is 1GB pooled.

Can I get the 5Gstore Verizon 300GB or Unlimited plan for use with a device I currently own?

No, these plans must be activated in conjunction with a compatible cellular router purchased from 5Gstore. The data plan has to be applied to the router within the same order.

Do the 5Gstore Data plans include SMS?

No, 5Gstore data plans do not include SMS support.

If I select the 5Gstore data plan with both AT&T and Verizon and leave the lines at 1, does this mean I am still just getting 2 SIM cards with a pooled plan of 1GB between each SIM?

That is correct, each "line" in this case would provide you with 2 SIM cards - each having a pooled 1 GB limit.

Is the 1GB data plan from 5Gstore enough for me to stream video?

Unfortunately, no as even a SD video will use about 660 MB per hour and HD streaming is about 1.6 GB per hour.
