I get 0 bars of even 3G signal on my phone at home (nearest Sprint tower is about 5 miles away), but with this cable plugged into a Wilson SC-230W in an upstairs window, I get 1 bar of LTE which gives my U772 a 2-test avg of 2.6 Mb/s down, 4 Mb/s up. (speedguide dot net Speed Test, speedguide and backyardengineering servers) plugged into USB1 of a CradlePoint router.

This is a 'universal' adapter- it does not attach very tightly to my AirCard815s even after tightening the barrel.
