Pepwave Wi-Fi devices come with Power over Ethernet support, letting you deploy the devices on a roof, at an outdoor location, on a pole, or other hard-to-reach locations without requiring additional wiring to access a power outlet. Supplying both data and power, PoE allows you to deploy a Wi-Fi device with one cable.

Does what it's supposed to, link speed does show as 2.5Gbit when using it which was a concern with other 802.3 power injectors

Will the ACW-107-US work with a Pepwave Max BR1 Mini?

No, the ACW-107-us will NOT work to power the BR1 mini over POE. You must use this Passive PoE injector:

Can I use 1 PoE injector (ACW-107) to power multiple Pepwave access points?

Each AP will require its own POE injector.
