Does the Cradlepoint IBR900 support Verizon 3G if 4G LTE is not available?

No, since Verizon 3G service was shutdown, most LTE modems (category 4 and above) like this model is restricted to Verizon 4G LTE only. Of course with this model, it is also compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile 4G LTE.
