Only boost the signal for a few seconds and then continues bouncing back and forth between no service and a small amount

We're sorry this isn't working for you! Please give us a call so we can troubleshoot with you and determine why you're not seeing better results. As a first step, please make sure that the antenna is installed properly and that your device is seated in the cradle.

Easy to install, The light comes on. I haven't tested it yet.

Yes, the included cradle will hold the hotspot and boost the cellular signal to it.
