If your business needs a fast and reliable internet connection at all times, Peplink routers are some of the best options available. The Peplink Balance 20 Series Router features multiple connections that provide always-on connectivity for smaller businesses — up to 25 recommended users.
This lightweight dual-wired WAN and 3G/4G failover Peplink router will provide up to three internet sources so you can remain connected: the Peplink Balance 20 automatically checks the health of your connections to ensure that they’re working. If a connection has issues, Intelligent Failover will automatically switch traffic to the healthy connection, so you’ll experience no noticeable downtime. Drop-in mode installation allows a Peplink Balance 20 Series router to be deployed within an existing network without the necessity of complicated configuration changes to existing devices, including routers and firewalls.
Peplink routers are known for their complete VPN solutions, including site-to-site VPN, AES encryption, dynamic routing, and more. Experience network security that you can count on to keep your company's data and necessary connections safe. AP Controller Standard comes standard with each Peplink router, which allows you to set unique optimization rules that route heavy traffic to faster links.

previously had a balance 30 (purchased from 5Gstore about 4yrs ago) which quit working, so I replaced it with this Balance 20 - I was pleasantly surprised it had 2 WANs and 1 USB (was anticipating 1 WAN/ 1 USB) . The changes that Peplink made on this newer hardware were obvious - noticed a better thruput than before (especially regarding videos). Software is also definitely an improvement. Only downside was that the documentation I was sent for the router, from 5Gstore techs, was an older version. Although, after talking with Pepwave I was told to register the device on their website and I'd be able to download the new docs. It turned out that 5Gstore did have these newer docs, so not sure why that happened. The other thing I noticed was an issue with my cable modem when I first tried setting up this router - I found that it had still stored the WAN IP and MAC address from the older Balance 30 and in order for it to finally connect I had to reset the modem.
