Handy device, but not ideal... Handy in that we are travelling in a rig, and I can connect to free wifi with a secure link, so I can still do banking, etc. Plus my smart TV and Internet phone can just stay connected to the router. But not ideal in that, while my computer can always hook up to the router as the signal is magnified at that end, it doesn't mean I will get any better signal from my internet source and it DOES slow things down somewhat, so internet phone, etc is not any better. On the bright side, though, when my computer can't hook up to the free internet directly, I can always get online via the router as the router stays signed into the free internet.. Thinking of adding an outdoor antennae to see if that makes for a stronger wifi signal from the source... Overall, though, happy with the device and certainly see the potential with the right add-ons. Customer service and product knowledge has been exceptional, as well!! Would definitely buy from 5GStore again.
