Great customer service both before order and after. The unit arrived more quickly than anticipated and is working very well! When it first arrived I set it up as I thought I was correct and had many issues. I was wondering if I had made a mistake with my order but after calling customer service I found out all I needed to do was update with the newest firmware and now I'm well pleased with my purchase! Chris helped me with determining what unit to order and Kevin helped me with the installation/firmware upgrades - they were both very professional and helpful.
