I received the directional flat panel antenna today. As far as I'm concerned, the results are spectacular. My RSRP increased from "skittish" -89db to -93db to a rock-solid -80db. And this is with using 30 ft. of ultra-low loss cable. My download speeds on the Sprint network have doubled. Thanks so much for all your help.
