We've purchased three of these from the 3G Store. This is an excellent product that does exactly what it says it will do. We've had a couple of questions set-up of both the SOHO and the Balance 20 and have contacted 3G as well as the manufacturer at different times. Both have been responsive.
Opinion: There is a reason why products from Peplink cost a bit more and there is a reason why the 3G Store can command a slightly higher (not always, though!) price for their products. That reason is SUPPORT. If the buyer is OK with a "dump and run" strategy one can find less expensive products elsewhere. As for me? I'll stick with Peplink and 3G.
