I bought this to replace a Verizon Jetpack. I need surveillance cameras at a second home three hours away from my main home. The Jetpack never stayed connected longer than a week. I couldn't be happier with the folks at 5gstore.com. They reassured me through an online chat, I ordered on Monday, had the Mini on Wednesday, set it up fairly quickly and was up and running Saturday. I received a follow-up call from 5gstore on the next Wednesday to ask how my installation went. The set up was easy, mainly resetting passwords on connected devices after installing the SIM card. The modem has a lot more features and capability than I need now, so it should last me for awhile. I would recommend the modem and also recommend the folks at 5gstore.com.
