Definitely increases the range of my Verizon MiFi JetPack in my home, however still does not provide full coverage throughout a 2,000 square foot ranch. Have the device in the middle of the home and cannot get reception in the basement on one end of the house, for whatever reason. The signal has to pass through the floor and two basement walls to reach my workout room, but unfortunately it does not. I'm still moving it around the house to try to find the best placement for fullest coverage. That being said, I do, however, get coverage 400 yards (line of sight) behind the house on the edge of my woods in my deer hunting tower. Not that I spend a lot of time out there on an electronic device, but the wifi reception is nice as cellular reception is spotty out there. The device will send the signal 400+ yards when I have it in the back window of my house in line of sight of the deer stand.
