I am very impressed with the product as well as with the level of customer support of 3GSTORE. The hardware seems very solid and well built. The software is user friendly and I had no problems with installation and did not need to contact anyone for assistance. The order confirmation included a ton of support documents, which I appreciate having, but didn't need. I received a call about a week or 10 days later from 3GSTORE asking if everything was OK and if I needed any assistance.
In short, this is a great product and I feel very comfortable dealing with this company and will definitely use them in the future.
