Overall, I'm really happy with the router; it's a lot faster than my older router and has a longer range. I picked Pepwave because their hardware is supported for longer than the usual consumer router, and is more secure. There are a few challenges though, and I would only recommend this router for someone who is knowledgeable and comfortable with configuring routers.
It was difficult to get my Plex server to pass through for external access. Also, my MacBook Pro seems to get into a state with it where it can't access the internet, while all of my other stuff can. I haven't had this behavior with my old router or at other locations, just with the Pepwave.
