I am very pleased with the antenna. The high gain will be useful as we travel in our RV. I customized the mount to satify my needs for our RV. It is easy to find the strongest signal direction using the Verizon VZ Manager. I have it connected to the "3G" antenna port only on my Pantech UML290 and it pulls in both 3G and 4G signals. Pantech claims the "4G" port is for technician use only and that appears to be correct. Fred 7-7-2011
