Following the announcement of FirstNet MegaRange™, Peplink and Assured Wireless have created a partnership to combine SpeedFusion with High Power User Equipment (HPUE) – check out the Assured Wireless’ AW12 MegaRange™ Modem solution here. HPUE boosts transmission power up to 6x higher than traditional LTE equipment, which vastly improves cellular coverage in areas where data connectivity is traditionally unreliable, or difficult to reach due to location (e.g remote regions, rural areas, maritime environments, underground structures, etc).
This integration allows Peplink customers to add FirstNet MegaRange™ to their existing devices and allows MegaRange™ customers to gain signal heat mapping, centralized provisioning, and the powerful SpeedFusion technology to further protect mission critical applications.
Along with Peplink’s SpeedFusion technology, users also have access to the InControl2 management system. From a single pane of glass, the coverage of any modems can be instantly visualized, network security can be centrally managed, and each parameter of the HPUE modems can be fully controlled. InControl2 comes with universal GPS integration and fully supports API integration, so that CAD and other systems can be updated in real time.
