The Remote Management System (RMS) is designed to conveniently monitor and manage all your Teltonika Networks networking devices. The system allows to securely gather status information of your devices and to change their configuration even if the devices do not have public IP addresses. Note that this subscription is good for one device for 10 years of RMS Management usage only. It will not provide any data for RMS Connect or RMS VPN (these services require a client use Data packs)

RMS Credits are a flexible option as they can be assigned on the device to get it online on the platform or exchanged for company data in case you need more of it. Each credit is active on a device for 30 days and would allow the device to be monitored/connected for this activation time. Note that each new device added to the system has trial service which would be active for 1 month, though, TAP series devices have trial service that is valid for 2 years.

Connection data packs are an alternative to Company data if you expect a lot of traffic going through a RMS Connect session on a specific device or RMS VPN hub to which that device is assigned. A device with active data pack will have its own data pool that would take higher priority than the company data pool and will be active for a specified time period. Connection data packs are currently available in a 10-year 150GB option. They MUST be purchased along with a Management Pack. A single pack can only be active on a single device, once it is activated - it can not be transferred (special conditions apply, please contact Teltonika support regarding this).
