Can I use the Cel-Fi 23" Trucker antenna with my iPhone?

An antenna alone would not be able to boost the signal to an iPhone, since the iPhone doesn't have an antenna port to plug it into. You would need a signal booster kit. You can explore vehicle kits here: https://5gstore.com/products/36_3g4g_boosters_for_vehicles.html
