Pepwave SIM Extender with Redundant SIM Slots The Pepwave SIM Extender increases accessibility of the SIM slots of Pepwave routers (see compatibility list below). If your cellular router is mounted on a rack, this handy accessory extends the reach of the SIM slots from the back of the rack to the front so you can easily install and change SIM cards without uninstalling your rack. This is particularly useful for maritime, vehicular, and other deployments where the device is hard to reach. The SIM extender is compatible to any Peplink/Pepwave device as long as it can be physically inserted to the device. This means it also must use a 2FF size SIM slot. The Pepwave SIM Extender increases accessibility of the SIM slots of Pepwave routers (see compatibility list below). I knew this when I ordered it... but there is no enclosure or faceplate. Useful for a custom installation (i.e. in a vehicle) , but does not provide a simple way to use / not really necessary in a 19" rack installation.

Pepwave does not offer a Sim extender for the 4-FF SIM cards.

Does the Peplink ACW-511 come with the mounting faceplate?

There is no faceplace or mounting hardware included with this item.
