Are traditional IPv4 Addresses used on the Cradlepoint IBR200-10M? I need to access the attached device remotely via the Internet.

The IBR200-10M supports IPv4. If you need to access the device externally from the cellular WAN you will need a static IP address from the carrier otherwise Carrier grade NAT will end up interfering with your attempts to access via the public IP address. Once you have a static IP address you can forward ports to the private IPv4 address of your locally connected device.
