can the GPIO cable be used to have the MAX BR! Mini send an alert if the digital input is powered

Assuming the wiring is set up correctly as well as the GPIO config, when the digital input loses signal the Event Log will display a message. A third party API would be required to "get" this error response and send a text alert to the end user.

Any guidance how to wire to utilize PoE on cat6? Thank you in advance.

The GPIO cable is designed to provide DC power to the power terminal on various devices. It is not designed to provide power input to a PoE enabled ethernet port. We do not have any guidance available on wiring it in such a way.

What size fuse should be used if I want to add a fuse to the Peplink ACW-634 10ft direct wire?

Recommend would 2.5 AMP fuse.

Does the Peplink DC cable, model ACW-5634, have an integrated fuse?

No it does not.

Can the Peplink ACW-634 be used to wire my BR1 Pro 5G into my RV's 12v electrical system?

Yes the ACW-634 will work for hardwire power for the Br1 Pro for 12 volt system.
