What size fuse should be used if I want to add a fuse to the Peplink ACW-634 10ft direct wire?

Recommend would 2.5 AMP fuse.

Does the Peplink DC cable, model ACW-5634, have an integrated fuse?

No it does not.

Can the Peplink ACW-634 be used to wire my BR1 Pro 5G into my RV's 12v electrical system?

Yes the ACW-634 will work for hardwire power for the Br1 Pro for 12 volt system.
