This router features two embedded modems and you will need SIM cards with active service from a compatible provider to use them. The MBX Mini has standard 2FF SIM slots - if you plan to use a micro or nano SIM, you'll need a SIM adapter.

Bring your deployments to life with the versatility of the MBX Mini. It’s just as brilliant as any other MBX device we have to offer. So connect your devices to the PoE-enabled LAN ports to provide network simplicity as well as IEEE 802.1X port authentication. This MBX Mini has the power to achieve it all.

Features:

  • Internet Connections Supported: 2 x Embedded 5G/Cat 20 LTE, 2 Wired WAN, 2 USB (for Max Adapters, sold separately), WiFi as WAN*
  • Networks Supported for Embedded Modems: 5G (NSA) Sub 6Ghz: n1, n2, n3, n5, n28, n41, n66, n71, n77, n78, n79; 4G bands: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B14, B17, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, B28, B29, B30, B32, B34, B38, B39, B40, B41, B42, B46, B48, B66, B71
  • Certifications: AT&T, FirstNet, US Cellular, Verizon, and Verizon CBAND.
    • Pending Certifications: T-Mobile
  • WiFi Standard: 802.11ac, 1166Mbps 2x2 MIMO
  • WiFi Range: 300-400' through walls, much greater unobstructed (variable depending on interference from other electronics and physical interference such as walls and ceilings)
  • Ethernet ports: 4 GbE LAN + 2 GbE WAN
  • Size: 7.32 x 8.05 x 1.61 inches
  • Bonding: SpeedFusion VPN Bonding. NOTE: Many factors influence the real-world throughput you'll see from bonded connections, including latency, connection type, connection speeds, traffic type, and reliability on both sides of the SpeedFusion tunnel. Cellular users should note that bonded cellular connections suffer from "flow control" of TCP traffic at the carrier level, and 5Gstore cannot guarantee that bonding multiple cellular connections will result in faster speeds (however, the other benefits of SpeedFusion remain, such as unbreakable VPN, session persistence, and 100% up-time as long as you have 1 healthy WAN).
*Compatibility with all WiFi networks cannot be guaranteed. Networks requiring authentication on a "splash page" (e.g. Starbucks WiFi) in particular can be hit or miss. Also note that certain features available for other WAN connections may not be available via WAW, such as MAC Address Clone or IP Passthrough - refer to the full product manual if you plan to use WAW for more advanced routing.

Small is the new mighty.
Keep your connection flowing in whatever deployment that you're immersed in and deliver more power and redundancy with THREE power input options: DC Source A, DC Source B, and a terminal block.

One. Two. Three. Four.
We know fast connections are critical to achieving great things. Its dual-band Wi-Fi and 5G capabilities ensure you experience the fastest available network. If the dual embedded cellular WANs are not enough, the MBX Mini can be expanded to FOUR cellular WANs by simply connecting it to our MAX Adapters (sold separately) via the dual USB ports.

Making hard to manage feel like hardly managing.
With this FusionSIM-ready router, you can say goodbye to switching and managing multiple SIMs via the router. FusionSIM offers remote provisioning of SIM profiles from anywhere in the world. Managing made easy, ready when you are!
