This item is rock solid, works as advertised. This Sierra Wireless product is feature rich, but I wish it was capable of WiFi as wan. The WiFi port is located on the front of the device, making it tricky to access the simple card (a required task). I asked 3G Store to post photos of the actual device instead if SW stock pictures, but no action on this request as of today. Overall a great product.
