The device is over a year old and doesnt come with the subscription it should

5Gstore Comments: The date of sale for all orders is updated monthly in the manufacturer's system - the date simply hadn't been updated yet when you first looked. Your 1 year warranty and InControl access begins on the day your order shipped and you should now see the updated date in your account. Thanks!
