The redundancy is pretty fantastic, 3 Power Supplies and two power inputs. The only thing is that with current software there is no LLDP-MED or Auto-VoIP (that I've found), the reason you buy a redundant switch like this is for VoIP. Manually specifying VLANS for hundreds of devices is very time consuming. The fans are relatively quiet, heat during idle time is relatively low. While I love Peplink, I did expect more.
