Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro Router 1x LTE-A 4G/CAT-20 + PrimeCare The BR1 Pro CAT-20 uses a 4FF Nano-SIM (not 2FF like many other routers) This router includes PrimeCare for 1 year. PrimeCare includes InControl, warranty with standard RMA, FusionHub license, and SpeedFusion bonding and WAN smoothing and can be renewed for $249/year after the first year. If PrimeCare is not renewed, SpeedFusion features are disabled (basic functionality of the router will remain). Can the Peplink MAX BR1 Pro or MAX BR2 Pro run Docker, Hypervision, or Web Applications for Edge Computing?

Yes, with some minimum setup.

Can the 2 SIM slots on the Peplink MAX BR1 be used at the same time?

No, they can only be used in a failover fashion. meaning only one will connect at a time. You need a unit with two or more modem modules in it (eg. BR2 Pro) in order to have 2 SIMs connected simultaneously.

Does the Peplink MAX BR1 Pro support WPA3 Personal for WiFi encryption?

Yes, with firmware version 8.1.0 and higher.

Does the MAX BR1 support bridge mode/ passthrough mode for WiFi WAN connections?

This does NOT support Bridge mode for WiFi WAN or any WAN connection.
