This custom 200 foot ultra-low loss cable comes with:
- N/Male connector on one side
- SMA/Male connector on the other side.
It is typically used to connect an antenna with a N/Female connector to a router or amplifier with an SMA/Female connector.
Signal Loss
The signal attenuation depends on the frequency in use. This cable averages approximately 10 dB of signal loss. The attenuation for each frequency is as follows:
- 700 MHz: 6.9 dB
- 800 MHz: 7.4 dB
- 1700 MHz: 11.1 dB
- 1900 MHz: 11.7 dB
- 2100 MHz: 12.4 dB
- 2400 MHz: 13.4 dB
- 2500 MHz: 13.6 dB
Note: Approximately 0.5 dBm is lost at each connection between two cables.
