Works good, app needs improvement. 5g store was great, fast shipping.

Was rather upset that we spent $700 and the 12v power supply chord fuse was blown and had to replace it right out of the box and then the chord isn't grounded correctly so we couldn't even set up the product, then trying to revive a replacement we have to send back the broken chord to receive a new one...... And only have a 3 day window to return the whole product but no one from customer service contacted with Cel-fis answer past the 3 day window, what a crock.

We are sorry you had an issue with the device you purchased, but we did were able to work with Cel-fi and get approval for you to return the defective piece back to them and they are shipping you a replacement. We have provided the information to you via email as well as attempted to contact you by phone and left messages but have not been able to reach you to confirm you were able to complete the RMA for return and get this shipped back as requested. Will this work with another carrier that uses Verizon towers? (i.e. Xfinity)

It would be advisable to confirm the bands being used by the carrier and confirm they are supported.

Can I use the Cel-Fi Go M in a stationary application?

Yes, simply change the operating mode from mobile to stationary when needed. This will adjust how much max gain can be added to the connection. If it is still in stationary mode while you are mobile, note that the system may not work properly.

Does the Cel-Fi Go M support FirstNet?

Will the Cel-Fi Go M boost signal to the AT&T Mobley?

Yes, it will boost both AT&T, as well as Verizon or T-Mobile, depending on its operator mode setting.

Are there any Cel-Fi kits that support more than 1 carrier?

No, they are carrier specific, which allows them to bypass the standard FCC rules that amplifiers fall under. This includes rules regarding the amplifier gain. While most amplifiers max out around 72db, the Cel-Fi kits max out at 100db. This increased gain not only results in a potentially stronger signal, but also to support much larger coverage areas (72db gain systems typically cover up to 6000 sq ft, while the Cel-Fi is capable of up to 13000 sq ft).

Can I use more than one Cel-Fi unit if I need to support multiple carriers?

Yes, unlike the traditional cabled kits from SureCall and weBoost, the Cel-Fi kits can be used in the same location without causing interference between the systems.
