General Mailbox is also ideal for handling after-hours calls: instead of the call going to one person’s voicemail, the caller can leave a general message and alerts can be sent to all of the relevant employees. Optional text transcription makes it even easier to review messages wherever you are. With General Mailbox for One Talk, you can take control over your voicemails.

General Mailbox Features:

  • Automatically route calls to a general mailbox when staff is busy, during lunches or holidays, or when you're closed
  • Use as a general mailbox for a company or team, or as an individual mailbox
  • Send voicemail alerts to up to 10 contacts via email or SMS (60 SMS messages included per month, $0.01 per additional SMS)
  • Voicemail is sent as a WAV file via email or linked within an SMS message for easy access
  • Optional transcribing uses high quality Speech to Text to convert audio to text for email or SMS delivery

Pricing and Billing Details: 

  • $49.99 one-time setup fee per order (just $9.99 if you bought One Talk with 5Gstore!)
  • $5 monthly fee per Mailbox, includes 60 messages per month (maximum length 60 seconds) and alerts to up to 10 contacts
    • Additional messages billed at $0.05/each
    • 60 SMS notifications are included per month, $0.01 per additional SMS. Email notifications are always free!
  • Optional transcription billed at $0.10 per message
  • Monthly fees and any transcription charges or extra message fees are billed to your credit card on the first of each month (you'll pay for the prorated first month at checkout and your regular billing will commence on the first of the following month).
